Blog Workshop: Thursday, March 23,2006 at the Asheboro Library

I will be giving a talk about blogs and blogging at 7 p.m. Thursday, March23, at the Asheboro Public Library. Presented by the library’s K&A; Programming, Deep River Communication and sponsored by the Friends of the Library, the program is free and the public is invited. Refreshments will be served.

I plan to show potential bloggers how to get started and perform basic blog functions, with on-the spot sign-up available. I’ll also do a brief history of blogs and their impact on current events and media.
