A Bitter Sweet Rosh Hashanah: Sarcoma is Found

On this Rosh Hashanah things are bitter sweet. We learned that my Wife’s 5 year old relative has Sarcoma

My Wife is distracted to say the least. All of the unanswerable questions bubble to the surface as she tells me, followed by tears and then, the comparsions and “What ifs”.

It is sad (and scary) to hear that a cancer that stikes so infrequently (< 1% of the population and rarely a child) has challenged my in-Laws after evacuating Houston, TX because of Hurricane Rita. I am hoping and praying for the best outcome. Someone so young surely deserves a miracle.
