Frachetta/Schwan’s Nominated for Worst Web Customer Service
This is nuts! I send Frachetta/Schwan’s directions for cooking their product on a gas grill. Which I did successfully (see the form submission below). Sally and all of Schwan’s sucks! Instead of a customer for life I’m just another pissed of consumer!

You will learn the true meaning of SCHWAN’S SUCKS!
Having worked for Schwan’s I can tell you that is a typical response of theirs. They really have their heads in the worong place. I found a message board for Schwan’s employees at http://www.retailreality.net
